NXP Semiconductors là nhà sản xuất bán dẫn của Hà Lan (trụ sở Eindhoven), tách ra từ Philips năm 2006. Hãng mạnh về vi điều khiển, xử lý nhúng, an ninh và NFC/RFID (thẻ MIFARE, NTAG), dùng trong ô tô, công nghiệp và thiết bị IoT.

Cách chọn mã NXP
- Vi điều khiển: lõi (Cortex-M0+, M4, M33…), bộ nhớ Flash/RAM, ngoại vi và số chân.
- NFC/RFID: tần số (13,56 MHz), giao thức và dung lượng bộ nhớ của thẻ.
- CAN/LIN: điện áp cấp, tốc độ truyền và cấp chuẩn ô tô (AEC-Q100).
