STMicroelectronics (ST) là nhà sản xuất bán dẫn có trụ sở tại Geneva (Thụy Sĩ), hình thành năm 1987 từ sự hợp nhất hai hãng Ý và Pháp. Hãng nổi tiếng với vi điều khiển STM32, cảm biến MEMS và bán dẫn công suất.

Cách chọn mã STMicroelectronics
- STM32: chọn theo lõi (M0, M3, M4, M7), dung lượng Flash/RAM, số chân và ngoại vi.
- MOSFET/IGBT: điện áp, dòng, điện trở dẫn và tốc độ chuyển mạch.
- Cảm biến MEMS: dải đo, giao tiếp (I²C, SPI), điện áp cấp.
