STMicroelectronics – linh kiện và thiết bị chính hãng

STMicroelectronics (ST) là nhà sản xuất bán dẫn có trụ sở tại Geneva (Thụy Sĩ), hình thành năm 1987 từ sự hợp nhất hai hãng Ý và Pháp. Hãng nổi tiếng với vi điều khiển STM32, cảm biến MEMS và bán dẫn công suất.

Cách chọn mã STMicroelectronics

  • STM32: chọn theo lõi (M0, M3, M4, M7), dung lượng Flash/RAM, số chân và ngoại vi.
  • MOSFET/IGBT: điện áp, dòng, điện trở dẫn và tốc độ chuyển mạch.
  • Cảm biến MEMS: dải đo, giao tiếp (I²C, SPI), điện áp cấp.
