If you have a simple design project needing a breakout board with a genuine UV sensor rather than a calibrated light-sensor, this UV Light Sensor Breakout Module by Adafruit is perfect. Extending the light-sensing spectrum, the module relies on a UV photodiode which detects the 240 nm to 370 nm light range. Range of light is covered by UVB and most of UVA spectrum. You’ll also find this device features an op amp to boost the small signal levels of the photodiode.
