It’s now easy to add RFID and NFC technology to your project with the Raspberry Pi Hat RFID/NFC Board. Created by Eccel Technology Limited, it’s based around the RFID B1 module and features 128 bit AES encryption of data, ADC, DAC, PWM, comparator, voltage reference generator and a temperature sensor It’s designed for adding RFID/NFC(13.56 MHz) capability to the Raspberry Pi (RS 8968660) but you don’t need extensive RFID and embedded software knowledge to do so.
