The Microchip MEMS oscillator which offers excellent jitter and stability performance at a very low power over a wide range of supply voltage (1.71V to 3.63V) and temperature (–40°C to +125°C). The device operates from 2.3 MHz to 170 MHz with 2.5V and 3.3V supply voltage and from 2.3 MHz to 125 MHz with 1.8V supply voltage. The devices incorporate an all-silicon resonator that is extremely robust. A MEMS-based design allows for a higher level of reliability, making the DSC1500 ideal for rugged, industrial, and portable applications where stress, shock, and vibrations can damage quartz crystal-based systems.
