MICROCHIP TECHNOLOGY IC: driver; MOSFET gate driver; SO8; 13A; Ch: 1; 4.5÷18V [TC4451VOA]
The Microchip Single-output MOSFET gate driver is a high-current buffer/gate driver capable of driving large MOSFETs and Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs). With a high drive current of over 12A, it can drive some of the largest power transistors in use today. The driver has matched leading and falling-edge propagation delay times and very low cross-conduction current, minimizing overall power dissipation. It will not latch up under any conditions within its power and voltage ratings. Matched leading and falling-edge propagation delay times Very low cross-conduction current for minimal power dissipation Cannot latch up under rated power and voltage conditions
