You’ll need this RFD22121 USB Programming shield interface to load the arduino code/sketches onto the RFduino modules (check out RFD22301 RFduino SMT module 8011689 and RFD22102 RFduino DIP 8011691). To make your life easy, both the RF Digital RFD22121 USB shield and the RFD22124 PCB USB shield simply plug into any USB port. And for added flexibility, you can mount the RFduino on top or below it, whilst the shields plug directly into your breadboard.
