Also known as plain washers, they are the most commonly used washer type. Flat washers do not have a locking function, but instead are applied as protection for mating surfaces, from damage. The range includes a Thermoplastic Rubber Washer (TPR) that has improved chemical resistance, sealing characteristics and vibration resistance. These are a great solution for oil, gas and automotive industries. These flat rubbers are manufactured to DIN 125 standard. They also benefit from flame resistance to UL94 HB standard.

We also offer a flat washer made from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), which has high stiffness and fantastic electrical properties - making it ideal for use in a range of electrical assembly applications. This PVC washer provides abrasion and moisture resistance.
