These microcontrollers feature a flexible and low-power architecture with an Event System, accurate analog features, and advanced digital peripherals. The AVR SD includes a dual core lockstep CPU, Single Error Correcting and Double Error Detecting ECC on Flash, EEPROM, and SRAM, an Error Controller for functional safety, and a Program and Debug Interface Disable for security.
